Remote concierge and access control
A front desk run from a control room
Remote concierge takes the gatehouse out of the building and puts the entrance in the hands of a control room. Cameras, intercoms and access readers stay at the gate; trained operators watch them and answer every call. A visitor rings, the operator sees and speaks to them, checks with the resident or the company, and the gate opens only when the entry is authorised.
What the service covers
- Access control. Every entry and exit is checked and recorded as it happens, so the building management can see who came in and when.
- Round-the-clock monitoring. The entrance is watched 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a quick and clear response when something is out of place.
- Smart detection. AI-assisted video helps the operators notice risky situations early instead of finding them on a recording the next day.
- A system set up for your building. The rules for residents, staff, service providers, deliveries and visitors follow the routine of each site.
- Support. Current equipment, secure software and technicians who know the system when something needs attention.
Who it is for
Residential buildings and condominiums, office and commercial buildings, and companies that want a controlled entrance without paying for a staffed gatehouse on every shift.
How we start
- You tell us about the site: how many entrances, how many units or employees, and how the gate works today.
- We look at the equipment already installed, say what would need to be added, and agree the access rules with the building management.
- The system is installed and tested, and the control room takes over the entrance.
Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. You send a request, a person reads it and replies with what would apply to your building.
